Login, missing networks, validation, regions and status.
My network is missing#
Use the same Google account used to create it. Configurations are account-specific. Refresh the panel if loading failed and check the visible error before assuming the list is empty.
My address is rejected#
Enter a hostname or IPv4 without a scheme, path or port. Ports go in separate fields and must be whole numbers from 1 to 65535. IPv6 entries are not supported.
Other regions are disabled#
Europe is the only selectable setup region. No Stock means capacity is not connected; it is not a login error.
Statistics are empty#
No live traffic source exists. Empty player, attack or bandwidth views cannot be used as evidence of protection. PacketShield does not currently mitigate attacks; contact your existing hosting provider for an operational incident.
Get help#
Join the PacketShield Discord and describe the page, error and steps you tried. Never include passwords, private keys, cookies, OAuth secrets or payment card details.
